Da vam predstavim mog pony-ja!   :smile:
Pony spada u mopede koji su pokretali staru Jugu bas kao i Tomos-ovi motori.
"Kupio" sam ga od drugara za 1euro i kesicu semenki. Stajao je u kanalu u garazi od 2001. do februara 2009. godine. Zelja mu je bila da ga on restaurira, a ja da uradim masinu i da ga na kraju sklopim. Medjutim, za 1.maj mi je poslao poruku u kojoj je pisalo da je kupio ford escort iz '72. i da ce mu biti previse (finansijski) da sredjuje 2 starca i tako sam ja dobio pony-ja! Trazio je 0.5eura cisto zbog malera, da ne bude da mi ga je bas poklonio, ali sam se otvorio i dao mu dao 1euro.
Sve u svemu, restauracija je bila uzasno naporna, stresna i trajala je tacno 7meseci aktivnog (skoro svakodnevnog) rada dok ga nisam upalio i provozao. Posle su se sredjivali detalji polako i bez zurbe i to sredjivanje traje jos uvek . Takodje je bila i skupa - 750eura (za sada), a to je za mene kao studenta previse!
Ali eto, Pony je tu i sada imam sa cime da idem na skupove oldtimer-a i to sa ponosom!

Moram da se zahvalim autolimarskoj i autolakirerskoj radionici ATKO, ljudima iz firme DES i BEST AV (koji su mi hromirali delove) i servisu MERCEDES BENZ iz Beograda u kojem radi moj zet (tamo su ofarbani zadnji amorti, nogare i rucke).

Sve postove sam samo prekopirao sa drugih foruma pa je zato sve tako nabacano ali nece vam biti problem da sve povezete.

Posto su opruge plastificirane i kiselina u DES-u nije mogla tu plastifikaciju da skine, a ni ovi u brodogradilistu nisu hteli da ih ispeskare jer su mnogo sitni delovi - sakrio sam ih sa platnom za presvlacenje woofer-a.
Hteo sam da ih hromiram ali eto kad nije moglo....

Sreca pa imam jos 1 kao ovaj levi, a ovaj skenjani mi je trebao biti rezervni! To su inace osiguraci za sajle.

Auspuh je presecen i ispeskaren (spolja i iznutra koliko je moglo). Posle peskarenja sam ga prao sa WURTH-ovim odmascivacem za kocnice i ispala je jos tona djubreta! Ali ni on nije pomogao da se ocisti u potpunosti tako da sam morao i sa sajlom da ogulim one najtvrdje naslage garezi. Posto je i dalje prljav, a u DES-u su mi rekli da ga nece primiti na hromiranje ukoliko ne bude totalno cist - moracu da ga nosim na ultrazvucno ciscenje ili opet na peskarenje. Toliko je bio usran da se prilikom peskarenja napravio cep od te masne garezi i peska i zato je ostala prljava cev.

Uocio sam i problem koji se javio kada je karburator poceo da preliva pa sam malo mozgao i dosao do resenja.
Masina je tako napravljena da se gorivo koje je visak u loncetu sliva na blok pa zatim curi kroz rupu koja je ispod karburatora i tada se razliva po celom donjem bloku i na kraju dolazi cak do nogara - ceo motor bude usran od benzina i sva prasina koju dize prednji tocak prilikom voznje se zalepi za donji blok....

Setio sam se starih mesinganih ulozaka za hemijske olovke i brzo se popeo iz podruma sa $ublerom da vidim da li cu u stanu uspeti da nadjem jedan i nasao ga! Precnik mu je 3mm!
Prosirio sam prelivnu rupu na karbu sa burgijom od 3mm (a bila je 2.8mm), odsekao 9mm od uloska i ukucao ga u karb tako da je 5mm ostalo za navlacenje creva. Crevo za infuziju koje sam imao se savrseno uklopilo u celu pricu. Malo je manjeg precnika od 3mm tako da sam ga navukao i PROBLEM RESEN! Gorivo ce ubuduce u slucaju da se plovak zaglavi cureti kroz crevo direktno na zemlju i masina ce ostati cista.

Auspuh je duzi za 8cm od standardnog i to sam namerno tako uradio zato sto ulje iz auspuha prska po tocku kada je fabricka duzina. Na kraju mi je palo napamet da ce biti lepse ukoliko ga malo zasecem na kraju pa sam i to uradio.

Zavrsen je i prigusivac.

Jedino sto nije ispalo kako sam zeleo su glavcine tockova. Oko njih je sve islo onako kako ne treba! Prvi put su bile super ispolirane i spremljene za hromiranje ali su na kraju prosuli kiselinu po njima tako da su morale opet da idu na dehromovanje. Onda ih nisu ispolirali i tako da su sada hrapave i polu nikakve. Jednog dana ce i one biti ponovo uradjene.

Sad imam novu saobracajnu i novu tablicu na kojoj i dalje stoji petokraka. Ostaje mi jos da smislim kako da prikacim tablicu na puha.

Cilindar, klip i 2 kompleta dihtunga su poruceni u AIRSAL-u!
Bice standard 38mm.

Napravio sam konacno i zatezace za lance. Dve podloske, 2 imbus srafa M5, komadic inox-a i prohrom u spreju.
Malo varenja, malo smirglanja i poliranja...

Zadnjih nekoliko dana se bakcem sa retrovizorom za puha koji mi je postao zaista neophodan. To ce biti jos 1 veoma koristan, a i lep detalj na puhicu.

i odneo sam ga na farbanje. Bice u krem boji kao i blatobrani.
Nosac nisam imao i nisam znao gde cu ga naci pa sam zato odlagao sredjivanje retrovizora. Plasila me je sama ideja da moram da ga pravim, a i ko zna kako bi ispao. Puna glava ideja ali mi se ni jedna nije cinila dovoljno dobrom. I tako se ja pozalim drugaru i on se nasmeje i izvadi 2 komada iz neke korpe sa delovima. Ja poludeo od srece! Kupio je neke retrovizore i uz njih dobio te nosace, a ne trebaju mu jer ce ih uvrnuti u korman.

Bilo mi je jako ruzno i glomazno bi izgledalo da retrovizor pricvrstim tako sto ce jedna matica biti iznad, a jedna ispod ovog nosaca pa sam smislio drugi sistem... Inace, fabricko resenje kacenja je bas takvo sa dve matice.

Sada je sipka spremna za hromiranje, retrovizor ce biti uskoro ofarban i ostaje mi jos da skinem cink sa nosaca i da ga ispoliram. Posle toga nosim na hromiranje i kraj posla.
P.S. Marini sam posle ispolirao srebrnu narukvicu sto je posebno odusevilo. :D

10.8.'10.
Danas je napravljeno i zadnje svetlo sa crvenim LED diodama. Odlucio sam se za LED iz prostog razloga sto je bilo vrlo slabo svetlo (svega 0.6w) i vec mi je jednom pregorela sijalica. Diode su jace i gotovo neunistive pa su zato i dobile mesto na puhu.

Stigao retrovizor sa farbanja posle 25 dana... Ofarban je osrednje ali moze da prodje. Voleo bi da je bolje uradjen. Zbog cekanja nije nista kostalo ali sam im odneo koka kolu u znak zahvalnosti.

Jebi ga... Nemam vise volje da teram do perfekcije. Nije toliko upadljiv retrovizor pa se ni losa farba ne primeti toliko. Jednog dana cu i to prefarbati pa ce biti bolje.

Namontirao sam ga i mnogo je dobro sto vise ne moram stalno da se okrecem. Retrovizor mi je bas trebao. Moracu i na apenca da stavim ali 2 komada.

I zamenio sam osovinicu od sauga jer vise nisam mogao da gledam onu nepripremljenu za hromiranje. Razlika je i vise nego ocigledna.

Vec 3 dana traje sajam automobila u Novom Sadu. Svake godine organizator pozove i clanove mog oldtajmerskog kluba da dovezu svoja vozila pa je tako bilo i ove godine. Posto sam sada i ja clan, moja mala sprava je dobila svoje mesto na sajmu.
Reakcije ljudi su fantasticne! Razne su price. Dobio sam vec nekoliko ponuda za restauraciju pa cemo videti sta ce na kraju ispasti od svega toga. Danas je i jedna devojka uzela moj broj jer ima pony-ja koji je pokvaren, a zeli da ga vozi. Kaze: kupila sam neko kinesko sranje koje je odma i crklo. Zali boze para. Poni je pravi motor u odnosu na kineza i jako bi volela da mogu da ga vozim. Nudio mi je jedan covek kolibrija tomosovog iz '64. u zamenu za restauraciju nekog drugog motora koji ima. Naravno, rekao sam mu da moj trud vredi 10 puta vise nego sto taj kolibri kosta...

I niko mi ne veruje kada kazem da je taj motor sa slike u stvari bas taj koji gledaju ispred sebe. Posle kazu "ok, mozda je to taj ram ali sve ostalo si zamenio" i ja im na to kazem da nisam nista menjao vec sam svaki deo sredio. E tu onda ostanu zabezeknuti...

također sam ostao bez teksta-ne samo da je komplet restauracija nego su usput poboljšani i neki tvornički nedostaci poput slabih ležajeva kotača,odušnika prelijevanja,produženja auspuha.

A tu su i sitnice poput ekstra kromiranja nekih tvornički običnih dijelova,pa led diode...

mada bi neki rekli da to nije org motor.

da mogu dao bi ti 10pluseva.

kolega tomos 4h-rukavica izazova je bačena-imaš opasnog ako ne i boljeg suparnika... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Drugari, hvala vam na lepim recima!  :biggrin:

Sve te prepravke - poboljsanja koja sam napravio na pony-ju je trebala jos fabrika da napravi ali nije pa sam morao ja. Takodje, nista od toga ne ruzi - ne menja njegov fabricki izgled. Ja inace nemam nista protiv da se prilikom restauracije izvrse prepravke koje ce otkloniti "decije bolesti" odredjenog auta ili motora. Mnogi su mi zamerili sto nisam stavio originalno zadnje svetlo ali meni nije palo na pamet da trazim neko neosteceno jer mi je ruzno i ne bi se uklapalo u ceo izgled motora pa sam kupio novo ciji mi se oblik i boje dopadaju. Fabricko je crveno belo.... Pa to bi se videlo iz aviona u slucaju da sam ga stavio i skrnavo bi izgledalo.

Jos jednom- hvala vam za podrsku. Bice jos restauracija i pisacu o njima.

visoke pohvale i od mene! znam dobro koliko si se naradio  :wink: do takvih granica perfekcionizma i sam idem i ići ću i dalje, na svom Tomos Sportu a i na bilo kojem drugom oldtimeru kojeg ću u budućnosti slagati.  :wink:

Što se tiće ovoga što kažeš za prepravke i poboljšanja i otklanjanje "djećjih bolesti" ja sam 100% uz takvo mišljenje. :biggrin: Ja sam također hrpe stvari prepravio na Sportu po svom guštu, funkcionalnosti i kako smatram da će dizajnerski ispasti ljepše.
Onaj ko kaže i prigovori nešto ovako restauriranom motoru da mu je nešto protivno originalnosti, jer mu je lijepše ono ružno svjetlo jer je originalno jest po meni čovjek kojem fali kreativnosti :wink: pa se onda vadi na to kako je originalno "ovo i ono" Kad bi taj stavio svoj "originalni" restauriran primjerak istog uz tvoj -- njegov se nebi vidio od tvoje perfektne restauracije, jer jednostavno toliko je bogat detaljima, promjenama koji nisu nikakav "kič" samo sitna poboljšanja koja prejebeno izgledaju a motor je i dalje Pony Express i to kakav Pony Express :wink:

btw. Sad vidim na ovoj tvojoj slici što si mi dao primjedbu na čahure ležaja, da zbilja ne mogu to izostaviti na svojem moram to riješiti jer perfekcionizmu se mora težiti :biggrin:

Kupio sam i ovog za 13eura zbog delova. Ima delova koje mogu iskoristiti ali mi je jako zao sto je cilindar izgleda propao od stajanja. Oko izduva se nikasil malo potklobucio (kao da je ispod njega doslo do nekog rdjanja) inace bi bio super.

Prokliznuo mi je i zupcanik za pedale pa sam skinuo tocak i kod drugara ga zavario za glavcinu tako da sada nema da mrdne!
Navoj na glavcini je jako sitan pa se smanjio u precniku zbog dehromovanja. Ne bi do toga doslo da nije 2 puta glavcina bila u kiselini.

Ispolirao sam plastiku fara sa pastom za poliranje auta i mnogo je bolje nego sto je bilo ali i dalje nije perfektno.

Posto mi je krpa za poliranje prljava od poliranja metalnih delova za puha i PUROL paste, isekao sam sundjer i zalepio ga na cicak. Malo se na kraju raspao ali je posluzio.

kontaktirao firmu koja se bavi tvrdim hromiranjem (mnogo skuplji i mnogo bolji postupak) pa sam tamo odneo auspuh. Ovo su slike kada je spremljen za hromiranje.

Onu "pony express" koja je vec bila zalepljena sam skinuo i zalepio malo drugaciju. Sve je isto samo sto jos svako slovo ima u rub. 4 nalepnice je covek napravio i tek 5. je uspela da se ne iscepa prilikom odlepljivanja jer je folija jako tanka.

Pukla cev za vodu ispred zgrade pa je u podrumu bilo par cm vode. Zbog toga sam morao da ga donesem u stan i naravno keva i cale se nisu bas odusevili ali posto ne smrdi, dozvolili su mi da ga unesem. Na terasu nije mogao zato sto je sneg padao kao lud pa bi i tu najebao od vlage.

Dehromovanje nisam radio kod kuce nego u firmi DES gde sam radio i hromiranje. Sve je to dekorativni hrom osim auspuha na kojem je tvrdi hrom i to je radjeno na drugom mestu. Dehromovanje su radili u nekoj kiselini koja je vrlo agresivna. Ako deo ostane duze u njoj - dezintegrisace se. U sve to je upletena i struja. Sada znam da je peskarenje bolje od tog tipa dehromovanja jer povrsina tretiranog dela na kraju bude bolja. Ali svejedno se mora polirati.

Konacno sam se ponovio i sa NOVIM zadnjim lancanikom!
Da nije bilo drugara koji mi je poslao link za aukciju na limundo sajtu - ostao bi bez lancanika.
Uz lancanik sam kupio i potpuno novu zadnju glavcinu i lancanik za lanac od pedala. :) Hahaha! Sada sledi skidanje cinka, poliranje pa hromiranje. Pravio mi je problem ovaj lancanik od kaisara koji je do sada bio na puhu zato sto venac sa zubima nije stajao u osi sa prednjim lancanikom. Sada ce i taj problem biti resen + ce poni ici brze jer ovaj lancanik ima 45zuba, a kaisarov 48. Cena i vise nego odlicna, a deo potpuno nov! Samo 4 eura. Za ovo mogu da kazem da sam zaista imao srece.

vidim da planiraš skidati cink s lančanika i kromirati ga pa me zanima s čime cink skidaš?

i zar nije štos da preko cinka može ići sloj bakra pa onda nikla i na kraju krom? :misli:

Znam da nikl i hrom ne mogu preko cinka, a za bakar ne znam. I da je tacno to sto si rekao, nemam gde da ga bakarisem. Na raspolaganju su mi dekorativno hromiranje (nikl pa hrom) i tvrdo hromiranje (2 sloja hroma).
Cink skidas tako sto potopis deo u 20% rastvor sone kiseline. Do sada su to radili drugi za mene ali cu ovaj put sam. I u buduce cu sam.

aha kužim gdje problem imaš. Da nebi bilo loše da imaš gdje da ga pobakre prije sloja nikla i kroma, bila bi i bolja izolacija, inače bakar može ići preko cinka :wink:

Cilindar je prilicno lose uradjen spolja ali je zato unutra extra! Karike su 1.5mm, usisni i izduvni kanal su mnogo veci nego na originalnom cilindru, prelivni su drugaciji i to mi se posebno dopada. Nadam se da vise nece biti onog zvuka koji ima svaki pony express kada se drzi konstantan gas. Motor zvuci kao da trokira i to mrzim!
Da nije bilo vlasnika MOTO-BIKE-a, nikada ne bi dosao do ovog cilindra. :) PUNO MU HVALA!!!

 :biggrin: Otkud znam. Nista drugo ne zelim osim da radi, a da se ne cuje. Ovo je inace standard cilindar po AIRSAL-u pa sam se zato iznenadio kada sam video kanale. Uz ovaj cilindar, klip, novu klipnjacu CKR i novi zadnji lancanik sa 3 zuba manje od ovog koji je trenutno na motoru - morace da ide nekih 60km/h. Do sada je isao 45.

Zavrsio sam poliranje klipnjace i tegova tako da sutra ujutru idem kod komsije da upresujem radilicu.

Noc uoci XVIII susreta veterana u Novom Sadu sam zavrsio masinu. U 3h ujutru sam ga upalio, provozao i u 4h legao, a ustao u 7. Kao zombi sam bio veci deo dana skupa ali sam izdrzao. Pony je isao odlicno i put do Beocina i nazad je za njega bio maciji kasalj ali sam se ja sav ukocio. :)

Brusilicom sam odsekao visak bolcne i posle ispolirao tako da je odlicno ispalo.

Prvo merenje je pokazalo da radilica baca 24 stote sa jedne i 25 stotih sa druge strane.

Jedina mana kod puha mi je ta sto trosi 5,6L na 100km... Jebeni stari pohabani karburator!!! Od 5 komada sam ga sastavio i ne vredi. Sada mi ostaje da probam da gurnem licnu u diznu i da mu tako smanjim potrosnju. Moram naci nov karb. Ima u svabiji replika bing-a za nekih 35evra pa cu gledati da ga kupim jednog dana. Sada mi nije bitan.
Montirao sam navigaciju na njega i max brzina je 51km/h. Brze mi ni ne treba.

Danas sam se malo igrao pa sam nesto i uspeo da uradim sa karburatorom. Prvo u diznu uglavio licnu debljine 0.30mm i probao ga. Na leru savrsen mekan rad bez brundanja i do pola gasa super ali onda dobije malo goriva i gusi se. Svecica bela.
Onda sam izvadio tu licnu i uglavio jednu debljine 0.15mm i sa tom je odlican. I ler i pun gas. Sveca bakarne boje. Za sada je to to. Mericu mu potrosnju ovih dana da vidim sta sam postigao. Naravno, igrao sam se i sa polozajem iglice.

Bojim sa da ovo nije dobra varijanta.  :misli:
Ovo mi izgleda kao zvučna izolacija sa poda od nekog auta.Ovo bi moglo izgorit.
Probaj nabit one žice(vune) za pranje posuđa.

Da, ovo je zvucna izolacija ali sluzi svrsi i nije do sada izgorela.

Stigao novi karburator! :) Poslednja kockica koja je bila potrebna da poni bude 100% nov. Nije original ali je nov. Kombinacijom novog i starog cu napraviti jedan odgovarajuci.
